Managed directly from the owner, Mr. Noce, the farm is the ideal place to spend a holiday in the nature, in a park of 60 hectares encircles you from trees of high stalk, in total tranquillity and relax, olny two steps away from the sea.
Situated on one hill in dominant position, between olive groves and vineyards, for the cultivation and the production of wine D.O.C. cured directly from the owner.
We can welcome you in apartments from 2 to 7 places or in comfortable villas with private garden until 10 places ready to spend your summer Vacations with the family and the children who will enjoy the immense park with swimming pool and the football field.
At disposal of the guests there are, the swimming pool (16 x 8 mt, opened approximately from half May to half October), the solarium with lying-chairs, the barbecue corner, and the ancient firewood furnace. For the lovers of the fishers: the Cecina River slides approximately 500 mt from the property.
The favorable position allows you to reach easily the most important cities of art of the Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra and S. Gimignano in approximately 30 minuts, while Florence, Lucca and Siena, can be reached in less than 1 hour.
The famous "White Beaches" are only 10 minuteren far. Who loves traditions can visit the small village of Montescudaio with various restaurants with typical kitchen and shops (5 Km).

The solutions proposed to spend an unforgettable holiday by us are truly many. Podere undergoing restructuring has been divided into different types of housing.
We offer the following types of apartments and villas:
Studio 2/4 persons
Ground-floor, of approximately 40 sm. Composed of: living-room with kitchen corner, double bed more 1 or 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Heating. Equipped garden with table, chairs and lying-chairs.
Apartment 3 rooms 4/6 persons
Large apartment of approximately 85 sm, composed of: living-room with kitchen corner, tuscan table to eat and doublebed-sofa. Some apartments have an old tuscan fireplace in the living-room. Sleeping-room with double bed. Sleeping-room with 2 single beds or bunk-beds. Bathroom with shower. Heating. At disposal table, chairs and lying-chairs to eat and relax in the wide park all around the country house. For small groups is possible to have apartments one close to the other.
Apartments 4 rooms 5/7 persons
Large apartment of approximately 90 sm, composed of: living-room with kitchen corner, an old tuscan fireplace, tuscan table to eat and doublebed-sofa. Sleeping-room with double bed. Sleeping-room with 2 single beds. Single room. Bathroom with shower. Heating. At disposal table, chairs and lying-chairs to eat and relax in the wide park all around the country house.
Villetta "Giardino" 2/5 persons
Villetta of approximately 70 sm, independent on 3 sides, 10 meters from the swimming pool. Composed of: large living-room with fireplace, kitchen corner, tuscany table to eat and doublebed-sofa. TV-sat. Sleeping-room with doublebed and single bed. Bathroom with shower. Wheelchair friendly holiday home. Heating. Wide private garden of approximately 500 sm, with table, chairs and lying-chairs. Barbeque.
