"Casale Aia" Bibbona - Riviera degli Etruschi
Ancient tuscan country house, completely restaured, in all the minimums particular in order to recreate the typical tuscan atmosphere, situated approximately 7 Km from the beaches of Marina di Bibbona and of the Etruscan Coast and surrounded by a wide garden with english grass and equipment. Three hectares of olive trees, cypresses and vineyards and cultivate fields are the frame of this wonderful country house. 10 comfortable apartments from 2 to 6 places and one villa for 6 persons are at disposal of the guests. All the lodgings are well equipped with independent heating, air conditioning and TV;sat.The furnishing is in tuscan style with original restored pieces. 
Each apartment has its own equipment for exteriors. The floors are in ancient cotto. In the wide garden of the country house there is an equipped swimming pool (16 x 8 meters), opened approximately from half of May until half October. Barbecue with common use.
Parking inside the property. External lighting system. The distance from the small village of Bibbona and the services is of approximately 3 Km.
Internet WI-FI Connection for Free (3 hours a day).

The solutions proposed to spend an unforgettable holiday by us are truly many. Podere undergoing restructuring has been divided into different types of housing.
We offer the following types of apartments and villas:
BIB 90 - Apartment 2/3 Persons
On ground floor with independent entrance consisting of: kitchen area (4 burners, oven), double bed and armchair the converts to a single bed. Full bathroom with shower stall. TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating. Garden with furniture.
BIB 91 - Apartment 2/3 Persons
On first floor with entrance from an inside staircase, consisting of : kitchen with cooking area (4 burners, oven), dining area and 1 armchair that converts to single bed. Bathroom with shower stall. Loft with double bed and access to roof terrace, panoramic, furnished (approx. 15 m2 ). TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating.
BIB 92 - Apartment 2/4 Persons
On first floor with entrance from inside staircase, consisting of: kitchen with cooking area (4 burners, oven), dining area and double sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower stall. Lovely loft with double bed. TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating.
BIB 93 - Apartment 2/4 Persons
On first floor with entrance from inside staircase, consisting of: kitchen with cooking area (4 burners, oven), dining area and double sofa-bed. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower stall. TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating.
BIB 96 - Apartment 3/5 Persons
On ground floor with independent entrance, consisting of: large living room with cooking area (4 burners, oven), dining area, large fireplace and double sofa-bed. Bedroom area: double bedroom plus single bed. Full bathroom with shower stall. TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating. Garden with furniture.
BIB 97 - Apartment 4/6 Persons
On first floor with entrance from inside staircase, consisting of : spacious living room with cooking area (4 burners, oven), dining area and double sofa-bed. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower stall. Lovely loft with twin beds. TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating.
BIB 98 - Villa Olivo 4/6 Persons
Completely independent from the main house. It consists of: living room with cooking and dining areas and double sofa-bed. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom. Full bathroom with shower. TV-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating. Garden with furniture.
BIB 99 - Villetta Girasole 1 o 2 for 3/5 persons
Two identical units recently restaured, 50 sq each. Each villa is composed of: living-room with kitchen-coner, a tuscan table, double-bed sofa and single bed. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Furniture in tuscana style. Tv-sat. Air-conditioning/Heating. Garden with furniture just a few meters from the large pool of the farm.
BIB 100 - Villa Girasole 1+2 per 10 persons
Large Villa, recently restaured in tuscan style composed of 2 units together. Ideal for small groups or 2 families. LaLarge garden with furniture at disposal, just a few meters from the pool of the farm.
